A focused cardiac-risk assessment combining blood work, electrical activity and structural imaging of the heart. You get a CBC, fasting/random blood sugar, full lipid profile, kidney function and thyroid function tests; a blood pressure reading; a resting 12-lead ECG; and a transthoracic ECHO performed by our consultant. Together they answer the three questions that matter most: is your cholesterol pushing you toward heart disease, is the heart's electrical rhythm normal, and is the heart muscle pumping and the valves functioning as they should. Useful both as a baseline for adults over 40 and as a follow-up if you've had palpitations, chest discomfort, or a known family history of cardiac events.

Adults 40+, anyone with a parent or sibling who had a heart attack or stroke before age 60, smokers, patients with high blood pressure or known dyslipidaemia, and those preparing for major surgery.
Preparation
8–12 hours fasting required. Wear a loose top — the ECHO needs access to the chest. Bring previous ECG/ECHO reports and any current cardiac medications.
